Love the watch But!

I am very pleased with my watch But! I asked for a 17.5 alteration on the band, I received the watch with no alteration at all! I had to pay £12.50 at a jewellers to have it done. I was not going through the faff of sending it back as it was a birthday present and I wanted to wear it on the day.

No watch, still waiting.

Watch strap was altered to 18cm not 17cm so had to be sent back. I now have to wait a month for this to be re-done.
