Platforming Contest Rules
1. Eligibility: Employees of Aurora Feint and The Dreyfuss Group, and their parent and affiliate companies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
2. Timing: The Contest begins on 1st August and runs for 1 calendar month. Competitions may be repeated by The Dreyfuss Group and will always be displayed here: www.rotarywatches.com/appcomp
3. How to Enter: A successfully completed race, within the 'Choppy' difficulty setting, will result in an automatic entry to the competition. Only the best time is counted and players can try to better their time as many times as they would like during the competition period.
Participants must activate the OpenFeint system within the application to validate their entry and by doing this the participant agrees to be contacted by a member of The Dreyfuss Group, through the IM messaging system, to notify the winner.
Difficulty settings such as 'Calm'and 'Breezy' do not count as competition valid races.
The Dreyfuss Group reserve the right to determine the validity of each entry and may declare an Entry void at its sole discretion. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
4. Drawings: The Dreyfuss Group, in their sole discretion, will select one (1) Contest winner, from the fastest 100 times qualified in 'Choppy' Race settings. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, or fails to reply with his/her contact information within 48 hours, potential winner forfeits prize. Potential winners will be contacted by The Dreyfuss Group via their OpenFeint account and will provide the winner with a code and instructions that they will be required to email back. Potential winners must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Prizes will be fulfilled approximately 4-6 weeks after the conclusion of the Contest.
5. Prizes: One (1) Rotary Aquaspeed Watch, dependant on stock. The Dreyfuss Group reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during each Entry Phase Period. Limit:

Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Contest constitutes winner's consent to The Dreyfuss Group and its use of winner's username, name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
8. General Conditions: The Dreyfuss Group reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Contest, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond The Dreyfuss Group's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by The Dreyfuss Group in their sole discretion. The Dreyfuss Group reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
9. Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Contest or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant's sole remedy is another entry in the Contest, provided that, if it is not possible to award another entry due to discontinuance of the Contest, or any part of it, for any reason, Sponsors, in their sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsors reserve the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims.
